1. General Terms

• These Terms and Conditions apply to all services and products provided by BEBU Visuals.

• BEBU Visuals reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without notice. Updates will be reflected on this page.

• Any updates to the Terms & Conditions will be applicable to all future transactions, but will not apply to any previous transactions.

2. Photo Prints

• Non-Refundable Policy: All photo prints are final sale and non-refundable.

• Damaged or Defective Prints: If your print arrives damaged, please notify us at using the Contact Page within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly replace your print.

• Color Variations: Due to differences in monitor settings and materials, slight variations in color may occur. These differences are not considered defects. Example: Your computer, tablet, and phone will all display the colors of an image differently and, if this worries you, you must calibrate your monitor’s color settings to ensure a true understanding of the image’s colors.

3. Portraiture Sessions

• Booking and Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session unless otherwise agreed.

• Rescheduling and Cancellations:

  • Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before the session, subject to availability.

  • If you cancel less than 48 hours before your session, your deposit is forfeited.

• Delivery of Images: Edited images will be delivered within 4 weeks after the session. Clients are not entitled to unedited/raw files unless explicitly agreed upon.

• Client Usage Rights: You may use your images for personal purposes, such as social media, prints, or personal websites. Images may not be altered or used commercially without prior consent.

4. Commercial Photography

• Licensing: Commercial photography usage is subject to a separate agreement that outlines usage rights, exclusivity, and licensing fees.

• Approval Process: You will have the opportunity to approve final deliverables before use. Once approved, no further changes will be made without additional fees.

5. Intellectual Property

• BEBU Visuals retains copyright ownership of all images. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use images for agreed-upon purposes.

• BEBU Visuals reserves the right to use images for portfolio purposes, including website, social media, and promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the photoshoot.

6. Liability

• BEBU Visuals is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances, including weather, illness, or equipment failure. In such cases, sessions will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

• For on-location sessions, BEBU Visuals is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages caused during the shoot.

7. Payments and Refunds

• All payments are processed securely. Refunds are not available except in the case of cancellation by BEBU Visuals or other exceptional circumstances.

8. Privacy

• Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information provided during booking or purchasing will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order or session.

• Your data will not be shared with third-party advertising companies.

9. Dispute Resolution

• In the event of a dispute, we will work with you to resolve the matter amicably. If necessary, disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of Minnesota, Wisconsin, or wherever the photoshoot takes place.
